Maid in Merced texts with customers who text our business number first, or who give us their number and agree to texts. Texts include replies to your questions, appointment details, service updates, and a single text-back when we miss your call (our voicemail greeting lets you know). We don't send marketing texts without separate consent.

You opt in by texting us first or by agreeing when you give us your number. We never text numbers from purchased or shared lists.

• Texting us at (209) 880-7769. Your first text gets this automatic reply: “Thanks for texting Maid in Merced! We'll reply here about your request. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out. We won't share or sell your mobile info.”
• Giving us your number in person or by phone. We tell you: “By giving us your number, you agree to get texts from Maid in Merced about your service and appointments. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out. We won't share or sell your mobile info.” Once you agree, our first text confirms it: “You've agreed to get texts from Maid in Merced about your service and appointments. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out. We won't share or sell your mobile info.”

If we miss your call: our voicemail greeting tells you “We may text you back at this number.” and we may send one text reply: “Sorry we missed your call! This is Maid in Merced. How can we help? Reply STOP to opt out.” We won't text you again unless you reply.
